GSUK have today been shortlisted by the Ethical Corporation in the world renowned Responsible Business Awards 2016
GSUK has been shortlisted in the “Best Company” category for the Responsible Business Awards 2016. And we are in good company too, as other shortlisted organisations include global brands and household names such as Mars, Body Shop and Kimberly-Clark.
In order to be shortlisted in the Best Company category, GSUK were able to demonstrate their commitment to embedding sustainable business throughout their operations. Judges were looking for a comprehensive approach, targets set across the board, and a clear demonstration of top level leadership from the board of the business.
“Since launch, we have rapidly grown to be a leading recovery specialist to the mobile industry.”
Paul Crossman, Managing Director of GSUK commented: “GSUK was established because of our passionate belief that there is a better way to manage waste generated from returns and repairs of technology products. Since launch, we have rapidly grown to be a leading recovery specialist to the mobile industry. From humble beginnings, to date, we have avoided over 7,500 tonnes going to landfill and processed over 17 million items.”
Winners are announced in September.
